As much as I’ve talked about agents, I still get questions, so here are some answers. However, I realize I misused a lot of words in this one. I’m having a bad day. Please don’t assume anything about me like Benoit Blanc*.

All agents will look at contracts, try to sell your books to publishers, handle foreign rights and film (and other) sales, and be your best cheerleader. Beyond that, each one is different.
