The Takeover Episode 8: Karts ‘n Fun

The team goes off-site for team building. There are go-karts, bumper boats, and laser tag! We meet a new character, and one conflict is resolved. Thanks to Jim Van Verth for the sound FX, and Glen Tingle for the cameo!

    The Takeover is hilarious (which may indicative of a warped sense of humor on my part). I’ve managed to avoid the more inane team-building exercises (I’m an engineer; we’d all view any team-building exercises that don’t involve building robots to replace HR and purchasing as pointless) and the worst of the “diversity” training (did I mention I’m an engineer? We have our own oppressed minority culture, which transcends race, religion, and nationality, so diversity training is pointless.)

    I will say, however, that brains are reputed to be tasty and delicious, especially fried in a sandwich. It’s just that I’ll turn vegan before I’ll eat them.
