    Really tremendous show. Should be required listening for anyone wanting to podcast a novel - or even novelists who want to be published traditionally. Now three months into my podcas, it was great to get this reminder that you have to persist and work hard a building the audience for multiple years before you can really expect to see success measured in numerous thousands of listeners.

    Thanks for putting this out, Mur. I’ve been stressing out a little about whether or not I need to be podcasting in order to create a fanbase for myself. Your roundtable helped put things in perspective. Ultimately, I don’t think I’m at that point yet, but I’m not outright dismissing it either. It’s good to have my mind clear on such matters.

    And congrats on both the Playing For Keeps book and the 100 episode! You sounded like you were ready to crash, but still having lots of fun. Get lots of rest! You deserve it!
