General Stuff Fridays

Wanda was always missing the good stuff. If anything spontaneous happened she missed it. Her friends were approached by security and invited backstage at the last Hottest Toys concert - while she was in the bathroom. She was always the 108th caller to any contest MIX 107 held. She always showed up at the sample counter at the grocery store when they had run out. But Wanda didn’t know she also missed all the bad stuff. When Owen Yellin went crazy and shot up Main Street, she had missed a coffee date on Main Street because she lost her keys. She and her family got caught in traffic and missed a flight that summarily crashed. Wanda misses everything, good and bad.

The story isn’t about Wanda, though.

It’s about Carly, who figures this out about her, and what Carly does with the information.
