Pie week continues!

General stuff Fridays:

Those who say that food is not love have apparently never eaten pie. Pie is warm. It crumbles in the right places, but always has a foundation that is deceptively strong. Inside it is soft, whether it’s meat or fruit or custard, and it is something that you just want to revel in. A good bite of pie can cure most of the worlds ills. Pie is love. I love pie.

I love pie more than I love you. That is why I’m leaving you. You resemble pie not at all. It’s not you. It’s not me. It’s pie. I’d say you can blame the pie, but remember that you can probably find a pie of your own.

Oh. That’s right. You prefer cake. This is why it was never meant to be.

I hope you can find happiness.

    This is probably my favorite one yet, just because of the flow of it. “You resemble pie not at all” is the best part. :)
