    I literally JUST finished listening. Solid ‘cast, good topic. I already try to balance the two, but good to hear another person to say it.

    Congrats on the Peer award.

    Thanks for posting the Wordtrip thing. I could use some prompts to keep me writing while I’m getting my own ideas in order.

    And I bet people are still “Awww”ing about your kid finishing the ‘cast. Can’t argue the cuteness, though–plus now when I don’t write I’ll probably imagine big doe eyes looking at me sadly, which should motivate me all the more.

    I’m another fascinated listener who is not a writer, has no aspirations to become one, but am fascinated and entertained by your philosophizing and technique. I am also a devoted listener to the newer podcast, Writing Excuses. It seems to me that a fascinating episode would be a crossover between the two, sort of like the old 60 Minutes ‘Point & Counterpoint’. (Though you are probably too young to remember those. And it would require that there be something about which the four of you disagreed.)

    Anyhow, love your show.
