Attack of Captain Migraine, and Mur Interviews

So the migraine returned with a vengeance around 3:30 Monday morning, and in my pain-filled daze, I took a prescription pain med. Bad idea. I was zonked for the rest of the day. Could not think straight. Tuesday morning the pain had returned, but not too bad, so I beat it back with Tylenol and aspirin. Still, much of the morning was shot. I got 1100 words written on Wasteland, but I have a lot of catching up to do. I’m back on the horse today – and have to do housework too. Progress report soon. Rar.

I’ve been on some interviews lately and wanted to promote them here: firstly, I was interviewed by 7th Son author JC Hutchins on his Ultra Creatives podcast last week, and had a lot of fun talking about fiction, writing, and podcasting. My favorite things! Hutch has done some fantastic interviews on this series, and I was honored to be included. Secondly, I was interviewed by Jeremy James on his Genre2.0 blog regarding the work that goes into podcasting my fiction. A lot of people ask about the podcasting part, or the writing part, but James wanted to know how it all works together.

My tea is brewing. Time to get down to writing.
